Discovery 3 auto box

i have a 2006 (56) discovery 3 xs auto, when approaching junctions using gentle brakeing, it comes out of gear with a delay in going back into drive, what can i do to stop this happening

Recently experienced the exact same problem with my 2007 Disco 3.

So I thought I revive this thread.

Probably posted somewhere else. Been trawling through the posts but I can’t find it.

Mind you, I am not a computer expert, so probably not SEARCHING properly
