Discovery 2 wheel bearings?

Good evening folks, I fishing for information about disco 2 rear wheel bearings, is it possible to change just the bearing by pressing it out of the hub and sourcing a new bearing, or can this not be done? If so it's take the plunge at £150 bearing! If you have or know if it can be done please let me know

you can remove bearing but its not a std bearing as has reluctor ring for abs built in to bearing ,so you do need full hub
