Discovery 2 td5 can't communicate

Try the BCU alone if you can, with all other ECUs unplugged and if you have comms then plug back the ECM... keep the charger connected to the battery when you connect the tester cos that 11V is not too good.
 
So it means that one of the ECUs is messing with the D-link so plug them back one by one and see when the connection fails and it means that the last ECU is the problem and as you've got engine running issues it might be the ECM and i it's so you need other one

Hi yes all done and coded it is the ace ecu which stopped it I have a leak on the ace and am removing it anyway and putting back to standard anti roll bar thank you for all your help
 
Welcome and well done :), i'm glad it's sorted cos this was a real challenge as it's not common at all. It's the second time in my life when i see such thing o_O
