Discovery 2 protection

hi everyone, just got a 2000 x reg td5 disco gs, its in lovely condition and a credit to its previous owner. i put it on ramps at work and chassis looks good but is coverd in flaky surface rust in places, tis solid, what would be best means of protecting it for this years winter. normally i use hammerites underseal with added waxoil in black, its excellent for inner wings and high impact areas but looks tatty on the chassis especially when you cant get in certain places with a brush. any ideas anybody

steam clean then paint with black hammerite smooth the waxoyle it using a pressure sprayer Halfrauds do a hand operated sprayer for waxoyle. if ya int got a compressor you can use.

got a compressor at work so thats not a problem, do i just need a normal paint gun? think im gunna book a day off at work and use ramp to get her cleaned up and sorted for this winter
