Discovery 1 No Lights...

hey there guys and girls

was wondering if somebody could help me out please?

on returning form holiday yesterday all my headlights and rear lights on my disco 1 200tdi have stopped working all together. i still have brake lights, indicators and the dashboard lights are still working. Also i noticed that when i switch the lights on the clock goes out!

could somebody point me in the right direction please as i have no money to send the disco to the garage....

checked fuses, relays

do you happen to know which fuses/relays to check and where they are located?
