Have got a full length Heavy Duty Expedition Roof rack that I have recently made up for grabs.

Just been professionally powder-coated ready to go.

If you want any more photo's - please let me know with an email address so I can send them over to you.

It has an integrated curved front Light Bar to take 4 lights which follows the curve of the window.

At the rear it has 2 brackets (one each side) for additional reversing/work lamps to save drilling mounts onto the Discovery (none fitted or included).

It has two built in grounding points to attach to the car for ease of wiring, and also the wires can travel inside the rack, making it all very neat and avoiding any wires getting snagged/cut.

It is made out of the 3mm thick tubing with a diameter of around 22mm, so it's the strongest you can get, and won't dent easily - very heavy duty.

I dread to think how much steel was used to make, as I wanted one that was practical, and you can see there are lots of cross members (unlike some) so its easier to put on smaller items, plus this adds strength.

The spot lights on the front are not included, but I am sure we may be able to come to a deal if required - esp since all the wiring is already laid through the rack - they also have side light LED's built in ;-)

There are also rivnut's in the rear of the rack to take 4 strobe lights - again, these are not includes, but as above, I am sure if the price is right, we can come to a deal.

It will fit a Discovery with the factory fitted roof rails - as that's what mine has, and has been designed to sit flush with them, so it sits as low as possible to the roof, and still allowing the sunroofs to open.

I will be sorry to see this go, as it really looks the part, and is very functional, but I need to make room for my next project.

It was built to fit a 300 (Mark 1) Discovery, so not sure about the TD5 (Mark 2) as they are slightly longer (by a few inches I believe) and the gutter rail is also slighter larger - but I am sure it can be slightly modified to fit with little work.

Looking for £600.00.

Cheers
