Right now, as it's the summer, you could get away for a short time with just putting water in. It might depend on how old your 300tdi is, but all seem to be OK with either the blue or the green.
If you have a manual, it should tell you.
I am not in the same country as my disco 1 otherwise I'd go out and have a look for you.
But @discool knows everything there is to know about this so he might tell you.

"Use an ethylene glycol based anti-freeze
(containing no methanol) with non-phosphate
corrosion inhibitors suitable for use in
aluminium engines."
Which tells no one if it is the blue one or the green one.
He'll have to read the label!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

As it’s already bee stated by Stanleysteamer above, any of the standard blue antifreeze or even the green/yellow stuff Rover used in their vehicles including Land Rover with D1s or you could take a chance in using antifreeze that uses silicate-free, organic acid (OAT) technology... different engine in my D1 I know but i’ve been using this stuff for the last 18+ years with out issue, the five year replacement instead of two sold OAT for me.:)
