Disco V8 manifolds

anyone know a place where you can get manifolds for a 3.9 v8 disco 1

i'm in two minds whether to replace them, or just try replacing the gaskets to start with because there's a little tapping noise which i've read up could be the gaskets but the manifolds on both sides look rusted up and a little worse for wear, the rest of the system is pretty much brand new.

I'm probably going to try the gaskets first simply because of cost, but does anyone know where i can get a couple of manifolds from, tried ebay but no luck.

If the range rover 3.9 ones are the same I have some available havnt put them on ebay yet

Hi mate they are from a 1989 g-reg that I bought to part it out. sadly its not worth keeping needs welding and 2 shocks. so Im parting it out to make some cash while the building trade is pants.:doh:

The manifolds go rusty anyway. As long as there are no holes in the manifolds all you'll need to do do is spend about 10mins each side with a wire wheel on a drill to clean them up. Do take care when undoing the manifolds, give the bolts a good soaking with Plus Gas or other penetrating oil. Manifold bolts are notorious for shearing off and can be a real pain if you need to drill them out. Worst case is you have to take the head off to drill and re-tap.
