disco indicators not working. :@

i have a 300tdi auto p reg disco, the fuse for hazard lights and horn was gone, put in a new one and the horn worked for a while then fuse went again. hazards didnt work tho, indicator fuse is fine, i changes hazard light switch, nothing. changes indicator relay and they worked a few times then stopped again.
any idea what else to check ? as im using it daily and dont want any more fines haha.

noticed today the brake lights arnt working wither :/

someone mentioned today it may be the trailer socket ? i dont quite get how it could cause this tho ?
