When i bought my classic the (soft) dash had been mangled by the police with the installation of their radio equipment,
No ashtray, no clock and the cup holder was broken (shock)
The space for the clock and hazard switch was filled by a piece of plastic with the hazard switch glued in and screw into the dash,
Something had to be done!!!!!!
A vist to range rover recycled parts on ebay provided an ashtray and cup holder but clocks were very expensive, so while sitting in a friends disco 1 i noticed the clock space was the same.
and voila.
