Disco 3 V6 DT SE Coolant level 2006

Can anyone please tell me the correct level for coolant in the fillable side of the expansion tank. I've searched extensively but can't find a clear answer. The reservoir seems to have no visible level markings. Please help.

Fill to the top of the marlkings on the side of the expansion bottle marked 'COLD FILL RANGE'.
The info is in the owners hand book.
