disco 2 td5 cool t flush and refill instructions?

Morning guys
Can't seem to find here any detailed info on how to drain flush and refill my td5 cooling system ??
Got a tub of the oat coolant to replace with
Any help would be very much appreciated

see this http://www.ebay.co.uk/gds/How-to-Flush-Your-Radiator-Properly-/10000000177633457/g.html , when you refill it unclip and raise the tank above the bleed hole and fill, when a flow comes out on the bleed hole refit partially the screw put back tank start engine and keep it rev'd above 1500 untill no bubbles are showing there, tighten well the screw, top up the tank and tighten well the cap...go for a ride and releasa a bit the bleed screw untill bubble free again
