Disco 2 running bad

Hi w
My 2004 disco td5 has stared to run uneven like it is running out of fuel, when pushing down on the accelerator black smoke comes out, can anyone help ? a few years ago took out the EGA system and put in a bigger inter cooler and had it rechipped been OK up to now

First do a Nanocom diagnosis.
Could be anything but possibly injectors or harness issues, have you checked ?

check turbo/intercooler hoses, sounds like one of those has delaminated.

The first thing to check whenever a Td5 engine starts behaving oddly is for oil in the red plug on the engine ECU

Check copper o rings on injectors and red ecu plug
