disco 2 juddering problem

hi all, help please.......
my disco 2 (2003) auto diesil is juddering badly, have put through loads of injector cleaner under instruction but no different and now a few times the two green lights on the bottom of the dash and the orange engine light have come on but go off when i switch it off, have already had the three amigos problem fixed before.....
can anyone help please ???

The first thing to check when you has a juddering rough running Td5 engine is the red plug on the engine ECU. If it's contaminated with oil then a new injector harness will be required.
The two green lights flashing at the bottom of the dashboard usually referred to as "the M&S lights" often indicate a problem with the "XYZ" switch on the automatic gearbox.

its just had the injector harness renewed about 6 months ago, and its just had a new torque converter put it (i.e gearbox renewed) do you think removing the gearbox (the garage that did it) has maybe upset something?? a mobile mechanic says it sounds like injectors but im not so sure ???
