It looks alrite from the picture, I'm sure someone will come along and tell you that for the same money you can make a metal one in a minute though.
I have a cheap snorkel on my 200, it's held up really well and I drive on ditches alot. The only things that have broken on mine is the grill at the top and a small hairline crack to the very front where it attaches to the wing although its still water tight.

I've just fitted my LRparts snorkel on disco 1, took longer than expected but i didn't use all the tools it suggests.

Pre snokel pic!! Hopefully a post pic next week!!!

The whole job went well, but it is let down by the silly oval pipe that goes from the air box to the plastic pipe that bolts to the wing. I did the usual trick of duct taping over the porous part and tried to silicon both ends onto its revelant parts. But the thing is only just long enough and hasn't sealed as good as I expected, when you wiggle the air box there is movement on the pipe. I will get some more silicon and finger it all around the pipe I think, just a bit disappointed in that part really.
I suppose if I took the whole thing off again including the part that bolts to the wing I could make it better. But the bit on the wing is spot on so I do not really want to disturb it!!
