Disco 1 V8 alarm spider bypass

Does anybody out there know if the plug used to bypass the 300tdi alarm spider is the same part number as a V8?

V8 will not turn over!! everything else is ok.

I have fitted this plug to my tdi but was wondering if the V8 was different due to it having engine management etc.

Also does anyone have the part number as I can't remember, I think it is ANR something.

The spider bypass part # is AMR4956 -same for clankers and sparkers.If its a 96my - TA Vin then it should have a spider.
 
Thanks Guys,

I have ordered the bypass plug and will pull out the centre dash on Monday,

doesn't take too long to do anyway and I will check the heater cable mounts when Im in there as they have a habbit of fracturing and leaving you with no temperature control.
