Thanks for the offer, but I have a standard one on the car, its in pretty rough shape so thats why I want a heavy duty one + im going offroad with it so i need the recovery and jacking points.

Bolt the end caps on and fit a pair of jate rings.

What he said^^^^ I bought a couple of jate rings for a few quid and that's was all I needed.
Britpart have them in 4mm steel powder coated for £177, which I didn't think was a bad price, I might try adventure4x4 as they were prepared to do a deal if I bought a suspension kit at the same time.......

I have, there aren't any 2nd hand ones on there and the cheapest I can find is circa 250 quid!! Grrrrrrrrrr
