Hi there new to this group and was hoping some experience would help me in finding fault with my discovery 1 300 tdi 96 model,
Since I've owned the truck (Jan 21)
The heater blower never worked and hasn't bothered me as its been warm but as I live in England the weather is turning and getting cold and wet,
To run a list of what I have done it follows as,
1. Changed heater resistor
2.Changed motor
3.Replaced wiring harness for the blower motor
4.Replaced relay
5.Changed blower speed controller
But after all this it still isn't working checked every thing I can think of like fuses etc
Managed to get it working by bridging the relay together and works but permanently on so have to keep disconnecting relay, almost like the relay isn't getting energised from one side to pull the metal arm on the relay
Any advice and help would be much appreciated
