One of these DIGITAL TURBO CONTROLLER.
Taken off my Freelander 1 TD4 but will fit any vehicle with an ECU controlled wastegate or variable vane turbo.
Combined with a RonBox 2 it made a huge difference to low down torque and overall power. It also made it significantly more economical when driven sensibly.
