Diff thread

Does anyone know what size/thread the bolts are that hold the steering damper bracket to the diff, the diff I've got must have been a rear as the holes are full of rust, need to find a tap the right size.

One end of steering damper fits to a bracket at the bottom of the harmonic damper or should do.
The two bolts for this bracket are 3/8 UNC x 1 1/4
