Diff oil on wheel

Hi - Noticed a splatter of gear oil on the rear O/S wheel today. Looking through the parts manual they do not list a half shaft oil seal for pre 93 defenders. Mine is 1987, anybody know if it has a seal and if so is it the same seal as the more recent models (FTC5268).

snap, same problem, same year.. wheel is getting sprayed with the stuff.
i went into the local landy specialist and he sold me 2 new wheel bearing seals, i dont think this is the problem tho so i havnt changed them. does the rubber cone thing in the middle hold oil?

you either have seal on half shaft 300tdi after 94 which has seal in hub with no garter spring as isnt designed to stop oil ,or earlier you have 2 x seal in hub frc8222 and on out side of hub and ftc4785 again with no garter spring so alot of people use rtc3511 oil seal which has

so ours are frc8222 and ftc4785? i think they are the ones i have got. are they oil seals?

Did my oil seal last thursday on 2002 td5, same prob oil on inside of wheel
