Hi, my name Andre Barnardo. I live in South Africa and have recently aquired a series 3 88' inch'. I am really enjoying my Landy, but am finding it difficult to keep up with the chaps who have fitted diff locks. Could anybody advise me on diff locks? Detriot? ARB Airlocker? I do not use the vehicle on a daily basis, only on weekends playing!

May I tactfully suggest you learn how to drive your vehicle ;)

Hi Andre.

It all depends on what you want to do with your Landy.I used to live in SA so I know what it´s like there. If you want to enjoy easy off roading then I would suggest a torssen diff ( Detroit ) in the rear axle. It´s a bit like a plug and play, or shoot and forget. It will always get you out of trouble without having to think about what to do. If you want to get a little more serious then you could always do a Detroit in the back and ARB in the front so if the Detroit in the back lets you down you can always flick the switch and pull yourself out.
Hope this helps.
