diff casings

Heres one for people in the know.

Are td5 diff casings different from say a 200 or 300TDI

I read a for sales add on another forum and a guy was selling 2 arb RD128 diff lockers built up into TD5 cases. now does he mean that there different cases or thats just what they came off so hes included that bit of info?

As far as I'm aware the rd128 (rover diff) case hasn't changed to date, I'm using diffs from a 2011 puma 90 in my 1999 300tdi 90.

right cheers for that.

I really dont want to have to get the lockers taken out and then rebuilt into other cases.

Always best to get a second opinion.

Would prob best to phone Ashcroft trans or Crown diffs as they would know.

they will fit but 4 of the studs will need to be changed for the longer ones
