diagnostic scan tool & coding

hi all im looking to buy a diagnostic scan tool for the td5 discovery and defenders .i need to be able to find and clear codes also program new Keys ,new ABS modules,air suspension, wheel senors, auto transmission etc.. What is the best for this, where to buy and what price am i looking at ?

ok i didnt know the nanocom did keys and abs. where to buy ? not ebay cuz im international

Hang fire for a few weeks. THey are about to bring out a new version. The current one is out of stock in most places. Paddock spares, john craddocks etc usually do em.
