Can anyone help please? I live in Halifax West Yorkshire and have a Freelander 1 with ABS,Traction Control etc lights on, done all the usual checks but now need a ECU read to help find out which sensor is not doing its job. Can anyone give me a good failsafe manual way of checking them or a name of someone in my area that could help? Thanks Danny

the problem isnt your switch then on the brake pedal as you should have a 2 pin switch

you need to test all your ABS sensors to start with your looking for resistance between 950-1100

if all of them read a little higher or lower thats ok as all mine read about 1125 but they all read this the 950-1100 if just what Autodata says

rings are bought for a couple of quid... maybe its worth replacing this you will be surprised how much rust is behind them and makes them miss shaped and then it moves the sensors
