You can find them yourself if you look on OS maps, or join GLASS, the green lane association, so you can use the Trailwise database.It is pretty straightforward, you can legally drive Byways open to all traffic and some UCRs, they are clearly marked on the maps. Treat restricted byways with caution get local info if poss. many cannot be driven legally. Don't **** peeps off! laning is under threat from new regs, and some idiots add fuel to the fire. Go slow and stay on legal routes.
There is a nice one up Twelveheads way, very technical on the rocks,deffo walk first, locals are hostile I am afraid. One decent one in West Cornwall, obvious on map, rite in the middle of the island
Another down St J... along the coast, beauty views but you could drive it in a metro
Not wishing to disagree there, but there are other areas that are far more blessed. both in numbers and in length of the lanes. I lived for a few years in North Hants. and we used to go out Hants Wilts Berks and had many great drives, sadly a lot of them have now been turned into restricted byways and lost.Having just spent another week in your lovely county i can say that compared to most you have a fair amount of lanes.
As Turboman says there is the 2/3 near St J... the one is drivable in anything with care!(i did it in the Audi 3 days ago) There is a nice one thats steep and with some very loose rocks as well. Tis amusing as you go right past the 14th hole tee off
There is also a couple inland from there and then a few more up the west coast toward padstein and some more over toward the lizard.
Maybe next year i think i would like to do a 2/3day trip starting at lands end and maybe taking in all the cornwall/devon and a few somerset lanes.
The ridgeway was a fave of mine. I think there are still some good BOATs in these areas tho.

Various others round Kernow many are just semi surfaced access to farms, you know enuff to spot em all off maps, if not I can pm some refs. Devon is a bit better, pics from Torbay trip looked good, Billy can show you where we went in North Devon
I agree entirely, good to drive the local ones once, but they aren't mostly that interesting for repeat visits.We have hooked in with a lovely club in Devon , fantastic lanes both north and south round Dartmoor , so I'm happy enough with that , but we'll still have some recce's up the local ones , it's just that they are pretty short and un-interesting in comparison ....for us , I feel the hour drive into Devon is well worth the lanes and the company ..

I have done some myself and I have friends who have driven the peaks and others up North, also Wales, and I have seen great lanes in these areas on glass site and on here. Kernow is a bit of a poor relation really.
I'll download some more 1:25k maps round north corny and truro and i'll give Oddie a poke and see what he says ....yap yap ..
