Defender with Roof Chop

Just got new Defender that has has a roof chop, front sliding window runners, and one piece of glass need replacing, how easy is it to remove the runners and glass

should find the chanels have self taping screws in the bottom of um somewhere (if the heads have'nt been warn away) and a good stanley knife around the sealant should'nt be too difficlute unless the person that butchered ur deepender aint done a total job on it :mad:;)
 
But how do you get the glass out in the first place, it is a 1984 Defender.

Looks cool though! Hmm...looks at mt landie...looks at angle grinder...hmm, no, not a good combination after a few vodkas.

Some people like to go for the rubber runners instead of the metal ones, you can get those from the series 3 club.
