Defender Window Winder circlips!

Right thought with the nice weather i,d waxoil my doors and some of the chassis.

All has went well aprt from refiiting the window winder circlips and handles!

I,m i missing something ? cause i canna for the life of me get the handles on and clip fully seated home!

Tried everthing the futherest i,ve got is the handle on and circlip in but i cant fully push it through.

Some one out there must have a trick to share, otherwisw i,ve four windows that aint going anywhere!

Cancell my last got them all on now

the one i was trying didn,t seem to fit that winder mechanism.

i,ll take ma sell away fur a chat now!

Wedge a squashed fag butt into the hole in the winder handle and belt it into place using your forehead. That's how they are fitted at the factory.

In Australia, we call them "jesus" clips. When they fly off and you can`t find them you cry...."JESUS"...lol
