My wife has said for a while that she would like led headlights for our Land Rover. Looking online I can see a lot in various prices. Just wondered if any members had any to recommend or avoid. Tia

Have a little search on here, was a recent post saying that even though they are CE marked they are not legal for UK use?

It might be worth changing the bulbs for better ones. This avoids any issues around legality and hassle getting the lights to work properly. Try Osram Nightbreakers. Straight swap but much improved over standard.

My 90 had led headlights fitted when I bought it (not sure what brand)
I've had alot of bother with them not working due to poor quality connectors
Also as they make no heat unlike halogen bulbs I have found that when driving in sleet and snow the snow sticks to them and they get dimmer and dimmer till you need to stop and brush the snow off
If they give me any more bother il be getting standard units and swapping back

What sort of Land Rover is this?

From what I have read, LED lights are a bit of a minefield. Better reflectors and bulbs seem to work for most people.
