Defender front centre seat

Hi

I want my 6 year old to sit on the front centre seat of a TD5 2004 Defender.

Anyone know whether you can have a three (or four) point harness fitted for the front centre seat safely?

Can anyone recommend a decent garage in Somerset area (or surrounding) for Land Rovers that does not charge dealer prices?

Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Jaswilliams - I am in Weston-super-Mare. But I don't mind travelling anywhere in Somerset to get to a garage that is good. So any recommendations would be gratefully received.
