Defender driving lights

Hi, I am about to fit a pair of Bosch driving lights to my defender 300tdi and would like info as to how to connect the wiring so that the lights only work on main beam.
Ie, can I connect to the main beam wiring from the head lights and what color are the wires to connect to?

think you will find you need to route them through a relay bud
