hi guys need help asap pleas
i have a rrc 1985 3.5 v8 on a 5speed manul box

im wanting to put a 300tdi into my rrc

i have defender 300tdi engine on a defender box
all the rad cooling system
etc etc

will this all go ing range rover or am i ****ing in the winde so to speek
 
well i will be doing a lot of off roading so lower ratio would be best , just the v8 even with lpg is costing tooo much at 14mpg
 
:) 30mpg will be bloody ace , iv just moded a det of salesby axles for it with also a 6inch lift so engine is the last step
 
with a v8 front should sit a bit higher ,ive done a good few 300 conversions a few years back ,v8 is nice but all were happier ,temp sender in thermostat housing varies depending on vehicle engine is fitted to ,theres a different one for rrc ,disco and def
 
hi jame can you give me some more advice , would it be any easyer to fit a 12j engin on a defenda 90 gear box into my rangy , and what would it be like thanx
