Hi guys, so I'm new to Defender ownership. I have a Defender 90 300tdi which has a 200tdi engine. Recently had it serviced, and after the service it has been quite rattly and also strong smell of smoke / oil. I noticed on the first drive after the service that the oil light would flicker on at idle, but go out on revs. But that's stopped now.
However after a 15 minute drive today I was getting lots of rattle and smoke, so recorded this short video afterwards. What is that pipe exiting smoke / steam into the engine bay? Is that normal / right?
Thanks for any advice, I am fairly mechanically minded but don't have much experience with Defenders.
