defender 200tdi pas

Hi again. I have defender 90 200tdi and the pas pump is leaking quite bad. So I purchased another off the bay and it turns out the pipes on the casing of he pump is the opposite way round to that of mine currently fitted, ie the large and small pipes are round the other way, my question is... is it possible to just change the casing off the new pump with casing off my pump currently fitted as both are suppose to be defender 200tdi pumps but the only difference is the pipes?

Any help or advice would be appreciated as I need to get it mot'd.

youd be better getting the right pump

Well the pump I bought was suppose to be for the same truck. I dont really want to buy another and have this pump laying around

Any body know what other pump will fit a original 200tdi defender pas?

depending on it been a def 200 and pipes fitted you need ntc8287 or ntc9070 also fitted to later 2.5 td
