Defender 110 - Rear outrigger body mounts

There are 2 body mount parts, NCR5665 and 6951, which are attached to the rear outriggers - do I need both? (The originals are so rusted, I cannot recognise them).
Plus, I have a new rear cross member pre-threaded to take my adjustable tow bar. The threads look coarse, does anyone know the part number for the bolt kit and where it is best to get from?

I'll get a few more years out of the 110 yet TIA

NRC not ncr
They are sided apparently, so I guess you need one of each.

Thanks I am a bit dyslexic and obviously too much home brew
