Hi All - I want to replace mt Britpart yellow Heavy Duty springs with a better quality part as these are really not that HD! -

Does anyone have a suggestion: King Springs, Terrafirma HD medium load, Bearmach "Blue" standard height.

The suspension is currently in Terrafirma Big Bores (with LR 130 Heavy Duty shocks also twinned at the back) with standard lenght - so I can't really have +2" lift. All I really want is a firm nice crisp ride instead of a random zig zag...Any suggestions for standard height most welcome! :)

Also does any of you know of or have for sale any of the following (def 110 1987 - V8):

1. Rear anti roll bars - heavyduty expedition grade

2. Tank guard - heavy duty 6mm steel +

3. X-Brake

Thanks and all the best! GG

Forgive me for thinking 'out of the box' here, but have you considered the bog standard Land Rover heavy duty springs as fitted to vehicles in the factory?

That would be where my money would go, not on aftermarket ****e.

i often fit 130 inner springs to the h/d ones ,you would need rrc3266 helper spring x2 rrc3352 top retainer x2 rrc3355 bottom retainer x2 and maybe nrc4317 strap retainer if originals are poor x2,its been a good combination for std height and gas shockers fitted in britpart h/d springs

Thanks all - I now have the inner springs and will be fitted next week - I bought aftermarket ones from FamousFour, who I believe have the best customer service around - Spent just over £100 - original LR springs would have been £350+
