Defender 110 bench seats

Hi

Just had my first Landy CSW 110 now for a week. I love it.

Am thinking about putting in a pair of bench seats - the larger ones for the back.

What's the best place to get them from? Happy to get a secondhand set.

They sound very tricky to install, judging by other similar posts. Any advice gratefully accepted

I'd check with your insurance company first, I'm looking at putting a pair of forward facing seats in the back so there'e proper seat belts which you don't get with bench seats. Ebay is probably your best bet...

just breaking a 300 110 csw with them in.

the seats themselves are only held on with 4 bolts drilled into the seat box. this is for the fix base. if you want to lift the seat up it's only 2 bolts. the top of the bench slips under the metal rail.

this thing also has seat belts, a large bar bolted to the bulkhead and chassis runs behind the bench seat and the belts anchor to this.

actually, i'm sure i removed a bracket for the seat base near the second row seats as well
