Tbh i dont know what parts to go for the best ones of course lol

I was having trouble finding the wiring the the heated rear screen so i thought ill just retro fit the voltage sensitive switch and use the old loom for fuses etc.

then thought its pretty useless having a heated screen if u have to manual get out the cab and wipe the rear screen so u can see soo,,,thats where i come from to retro fit the rear wiper lol phew

Just finished reading through this and i now have a list of upgrades i want to do and i aint even bought a motor yet! This Landy modding and upgrading is infectious, anyway great looking truck you got there and some excellent work going on.

Hi dave
did you replace the whole wiring loom ?

Thinking this will be best on mine as it looks like it has been bodged over the year connectors everwhere
and so many dead wires that do sod all

yer all the wiring loom has been changed,, i had metled wire on the lighting circuit so had to be done really, also i had years of bodging on the trailer socket, joined wires in the engine bay so thought it needed to be done and i know its right now :)

do you mind me asking where from and price etc ?

yer no problem
its from autosparks and it was 500ish for all the looms
eg engine, main harness and chassis loom

Ouch!, but its on my wish list also. would be nice to be able to fit the dash tray back without fear of not getting access to extinguish the upcoming 4th fire in the loom.
Are you keeping a running total of costs?
Good build btw.;)
