Hi guys just another stupid question
is there away of getting a dashboard switch out, with out removing the panel?

I have a cruse control switch that I need to replace ive got a new one, but didn't know how the switch comes out?

No take the panel out. Unless you want broken bits. Look at RAVE for switch removal.
 
As Wammers has said, whole lot needs to come out unfortunately. Can leave the mount behind the steering cowl in place and just prize the panel forward to get access. Just don't pull too far.
 
It is possible to get a switch out without removing the panel but the loom is so short that it's almost impossible to plug a new switch in. You'd spend more time swearing at it than it would take you to remove the panel.
