dash noise

hi all can any1 help me who mite hav had a similiar prob with a noise coming from driver side dashboard or footwell area its a vibration / rattly plastic noise like a slightly slack panel .....had most of dash out and reassembled bloody noise still ther ,,,dnt hear it at tickover so harder 2 find ..........plz help sum 1 ,,,,,,

If it's a P38, check the front windscreen top plastic trim for security. Was a listed recall that the wind used to get underneath it, causing it to vibrate and sound tike a swarm of bees farting !
Fix is to get your local windscreen place to run a bead of adhesive under it.
If your windscreen should go in the future, all trim as well as the glass is covered by your insurance.

i had a noise like that on my p38, it turned out to be the aircon pipes that run along the bulkhead under the bonnet. they run it them white plastic clips, the screw in the middle had worked its way slightly lose.
