D2 TD5 m and s three amigos no gear autographs

Hi there, recently bought a 1999 Auto D2 TD5 as a project with M and S lights with no digital gear display or lights on the slector and the Three Amigos on the dashboard.
Have found oil ingress to the ECU under the bonnet and the fuel pump is very loud.
Have replaced the XYZ switch and checked all the wiring and it all looks good however there is no change with the lights on the dashboard.
Looking to see if anyone can help?
