D2 pre facelift kangaroo symptoms?

Weird title I know but my td5 manual with a stage one re-map.

When I have to drive slowly first or second gear in heavy traffic or up my drive etc my motor jerks about enough to make me think my less than delicate size 12 boots was the problem no oil in the ecu etc. Im thinking accelerator sensor but willing to pay a member who has a nanocom in the South Yorkshire area that could diagnose the real issue. Its more annoying than anything otherwise running sweet.
Any and all thoughts welcome thanks.

By "My motor" do you literally mean the engine or do you mean the whole vehicle?

I only have an auto so not really sure but what comes to mind is the DMF or the engine bearers, maybe.
Is it like it in low range too?

Ive not tried it in low range as yet..

Is this the same one that you bought in the "latest aquisition " thread?

Since you asked me that question I realise its more like a shudder at low speed from the front not rear. Recently had a LOF clutch installed, all front ball joints and brake discs, calipers etc.. I'm now suspecting the front prop. Its not a violent shudder but its definitely there so I'll see how it checks out..
