D2 clicking noise

Hi guys,

I have got a 2002 D2 TD5 thats got an annoying clicking noise when pulling away and when I lift the clutch in second gear, the rest of the gears don't seem to make the clicking sound. It sounds like its somewhere around the transfer box area. I have just replaced all the UJ's using GKN's. The clicking noise was there before I changed them and I was hoping that by changing them the noise would go away.

My annoying clicking noise is still happening. I had a look underneath and found that one of the ball joints on the drag link had play in it so today I set about replacing the whole drag link, I also changed the anti roll bar bushes while I was at it as they looked past their best. I was quite confident that replacing the drag link was going to solve the clicking problem but its still there!!!! Any ideas what else it could be anyone???

is it just when you set off or does it do it going over bumps erc
