As per the title.

For various reasons, I have decided to not go ahead with the D2 facelift headlight conversion. As a result, I'm now selling the conversion kit in its entirety which comprises of the following:

O/S & N/S D2 facelift headlights inc lower trim. These normally go for around the £250 mark on eBay. Trim is currently maroon in colour. One of the headlights has one of the top captive nuts broken off due to being damaged during removal by the breakers. This will not affect the conversion a great deal as there are a further 4 fixing points per headlight when used with the associated slam panel headlight housing. (see below)
N/S & O/S headlight cover tops which secure the lights to the slam panel inc all associated bolts. Normally £36 with the p&p for the pair on eBay.
Entire D2 front slam panel inc required headlight side mounting brackets. This will basically allow you to carry out a very tidy and proper conversion if you drill out the spot welds from the headlight housing and transfer it over, but you will need to be handy with a welder. On the rare occasions these come up on eBay, they're normally around the £80-£100 mark.
Custom made D2 to D1 headlight loom which incorporates required relays and ALL plugs. This piece of kit alone is £140 and means you DON'T have to cut, modify or alter one single wire - just plug in to existing headlight/sidelight/indicator plugs and go.

I would like £395 for the lot. Not willing to split.
Collection from Tamworth, Staffs or I can help with collection by meeting up to say 30 miles out of Tamworth at no extra cost for anyone travelling from a long distance.

I will update with some pictures shortly.

where did yu get that loom from? ours is a lot cheaper.

Pics of the headlight side mounting brackets. pleez.

I'll be surprised if the loom you do is anything like this one as the company I used were the only people in the country that made it. Admittedly, this was purchased 12 months so others may have jumped on the band wagon by now.

See 6th pic for side bracket. :)

mhm makes excellent quality wiring looms etc,i bet the one's he makes are a better quality than the one in your kit.nothing wrong with yours i might add,but mhm's are fantastic.:)

This loom is as good as it gets and does the job it's designed for.
Can't see how anything could possibly better it.

Just remembered who made it - Simtek.
