had a fault come up on my code reader p0263 cylinder 1 balance control the car is not running as it should sounds a bit lumpy on tickover looking on google and other sites tells me it possibly no 1 injector or wiring problem etc so I ve done all I can cleaned all the contacts etc ive now had to bite the bullet and took it to local garage who got the same code with their diagnostic scanner
they did a leak of test and no 1 was bad as diagnosed so they have managed to get injector 1 out and replaced it with a recon 1 leak of test all good now so the car back together and its still running the same as before but no codes are detected anymore
im at a loss as to what else it could be I ve changed diesel filter and used injector clear to no avail even tho garage aint fixedthe problem I still had to pay for injector £105 and they charged me £40 labour
any thought or ideas of even solutions would be greatly appreciated
