New freelander S 2013 owner, very happy with the car but is it possible to retro fit cruise control, thank in advance

It is on the earlier FL2, but I'm not sure on the later redesign model.
It's more complicated than just fitting the wheel switches though, as the vehicle modules will need to be told that CC is fitted, which will require some advanced diagnostic equipment.
