Right, minor paranoia has set in after numerous car repairs - ie keep hearing noises (no hallucinations as of yet though

When driving, i hear a very slight creak sound - cant seem to locate where it's coming from (noticied it today first time so havent had a look under). Does seem to be apparent on slowing down and moving forward, also slightly when turning -but not always.
I've been looking at all the existing threads on the subframe bolt / mount situation, my question is, if my VIN is SALL.....13A286077 should it not have the later / uprated subframe fixes? I read all the service bulletins and should be out of any recall.
