creaking from rear of my rrc

Hi there, my 90 classic 3.9 auto creaks a lot from the rear when pulling away and going over bumps/kerbs, it also creaks like a ship at sea when in drive and foot on the brake. It sounds to be coming from the rear.
Could it be ball joints or the boge self lev thing? What tests can I do to try and diagnose it? Cheers

no doubt
I think it may be the polybushes, I just cant get under it when it makes the noise to diagnose it. Will just have to flood with oil and hope it helps.

It was the polybushes, coating them in spray lube sorted it out. You can all rest easy now.
