Could somebody please tell me, is it OK to use double cranked rear trailing arms with standard height springs? I need to replace mine and somebody at work has some adrenalin arms that are meant for a 2" lift, would it cause any issues if I put on with my standard height heavy duty springs?

I thought that cranked trailing arms were for lifted/after market springs etc to counter act the "rotation" of the axle over a certain height. but ive not ventured down this route and by no means an expert on he subject just my thoughts. So by fitted cranked arms to standard suspension setup would rotate the axle the other way. but I'll be watching this for the experts thoughts too.

double cranked arms do 2 things (hence double)
1 crank to set the bush position back to normal when you have a lift as it would be a bit squashed, so with no lift it would be like having a lift with std arms.
and 2nd crank is to compensate the axle end mount fouling which is caused by long travel.
get some std arms or some +2" springs, they don't cost too much.
