Crank pulley damper sheared

so on Friday my crank pulley damper sheared off. How’s the best way to stop the pulley turning while I undo the bolt? It took the bolt holes I’d normally use with it

Not keen on taking the rad etc out

Put it in gear and foot hard on the brakes

460nm so you might want to rest the bar on chassis and torque it up.

I’m less concerned with the exact torque than I am with getting the old pulley off. Any stretch bolt that size done up anywhere near that tight isn’t coming undone, although i have a 3/4 torque wrench.
